Our double-seal flush window.
A flush timber appearance with two separate weather seals and espagnolette locking. Developed by JM Joinery in 2010, this system brings traditional proportions together with a carefully detailed closing mechanism.

Two seals, one flush profile
The casement compresses onto two seals when closed. A head drip helps direct water away from the top of the sash and the sealing surfaces.
Locking and ventilation
The espagnolette system provides three-point locking. Night-vent positions and opening restrictors can be considered within the final specification.

Managing moisture
End-grain sealing helps limit moisture uptake. Drainage holes in the glazing rebate allow moisture to escape rather than remain against the timber and glass unit.
Glazing and performance
Double- or triple-glazed units can be specified. U-value certificates relate to the individual window and its agreed glazing configuration.
