What happens after your enquiry?
01 — Talk it through
We review your idea and any photographs or drawings. We discuss the intended use, location and any design questions.
02 — Build the specification
Timber, profiles, glazing, fittings and finish are considered together. For fitting, we confirm the location and scope.
03 — Put it in writing
Your quotation identifies the items and services included. Our two-year JM Joinery guarantee and the care your joinery needs are explained in the written terms.
A few things you might be wondering
Is my job too small?
You are welcome to ask about one-off pieces, shelves, timber preparation and smaller joinery jobs. Tell us what you need and we will confirm how the workshop can help.
Can you make a table or a piece of furniture?
Yes. We welcome enquiries for bespoke tables, desks, dressers, cabinets and other individual pieces. We can discuss proportions, materials and finishes around your ideas.
What if I am not sure what I need?
That is a good reason to get in touch. Describe the space or the problem you want to solve; you do not need to know the product name or technical specification.
Can you supply my builder or work from drawings?
Yes. Send the information you have. Supply-only, trade, CNC and installation requirements are discussed around the product, location and project scope.
My project is outside Herefordshire. Should I enquire?
Supply-only projects of every size are welcome wherever you are. Share the scope and delivery location so we can agree the specification and transport arrangements. If you need installation, we will confirm availability for your location and project.
