We welcome supply-only enquiries throughout the towns listed below, with delivery priced separately for the destination or collection by agreement. Fitting is considered by project rather than promised across this region. You can also order for installation by your own contractor.

Fitting by agreement
Our normal fitting area is approximately one hour from the workshop. Farther work is assessed individually; where appropriate, we can discuss working with a carpenter local to your project.
Turn a drawing into a clear manufacturing brief
Label each item on your drawing and identify the material, finish and any details that need to match existing work. For windows and doors, include the opening direction and proposed glazing; for furniture, include the space, intended use and access dimensions. Initial measurements can help us discuss a price, but the final dimensions and specification must be agreed before manufacture.
Agree what is included in your order
Confirm whether the quoted pieces will be finished, glazed, supplied with hardware or require further work by your installer. The quotation should also identify delivery arrangements and responsibilities. Share your project programme so we can discuss the manufacturing schedule without assuming an unconfirmed delivery date.

Start with the information you have
Send plans, elevations, photographs or a clear sketch with dimensions and quantities. Label each item or opening so we can match your enquiry to the right drawing. Include the drawing date or revision where available.
Approximate sizes are fine for an initial quotation. Final manufacturing dimensions need to be checked before production; make clear whether a measurement is an opening size or the finished joinery size.
Build a clear specification
For windows and doors, discuss the timber, frame and sash style, glazing, opening direction, hardware and finish. Tell us if new joinery needs to match an existing window, door or moulding.
For furniture and cabinetry, include the layout, overall sizes, internal storage, fittings and finish. For machined components, send the material, thickness, quantity and any drawings or cutting lists.
Before manufacture, we agree the final dimensions and specification with the person approving the order. If anything changes, tell us before production so we can confirm any effect on the price or timing. Your installer should work from the same approved information.
