Fitting by agreement
Our normal fitting area is approximately one hour from the workshop. Farther work is assessed individually; where appropriate, we can discuss working with a carpenter local to your project.
Make the handover to your installer straightforward
Involve the person fitting the joinery when you confirm dimensions, tolerances, opening directions and fixing arrangements. Tell us whether the pieces need to match an existing scheme or form part of a new design. We can discuss the manufacturing details with you and your installer before the order is finalised.
Check delivery access early
Share any restrictions on delivery vehicles, parking, unloading times, doorways, stairs or storage space. These details matter for large frames and cabinetry as well as whole-house packages. Collection from the workshop can also be discussed, with the transport arrangements agreed in advance.

Bring your installer into the conversation
We welcome questions from your builder or carpenter about the joinery being supplied. Involve them while the dimensions and specification are being agreed, especially where products need to fit existing openings or meet adjoining work.
Confirm who is taking site measurements, checking the opening and approving the manufacturing sizes. Discuss sills, thresholds, trims, fixings and finishing requirements so the quotation is clear about what is included.
Plan the installation and handover
Supply-only means fitting is carried out by your chosen installer, unless installation is expressly included in our quotation. Their work includes preparing the opening, fitting the joinery and making the final on-site adjustments.
Share the approved specification and any product information with them. For pre-hung doors, final installation and adjustment still take place on site. Confirm the supply date with us before fixing your installation programme.
